We price fullblood, F1, and other Wagyu crosses according to their marbling potential, flavor profile, and overall production cost (fullbloods can take 3 years to finish while F1s take 24-28 months).

Customers can expect hanging weight prices between $8-$18 per pound (excluding processing), which generally equals $13-$28 per pound (excluding processing) for packaged beef this year.
