Reserve a portion of our upcoming Wagyu harvest by placing a deposit on a bulk cow share. Shares start at 1/16 of a beef, and customers who would like a larger portion may simply add multiple shares to their reservation (1/8: add 2 to cart, 1/4: add 4 to cart, 1/2: add 8 to cart).
How it works:
This reservation is a deposit only to secure your share of the harvest
Final pricing is based on actual hanging weight after harvest
Processing and butchering fees are included in the pricing
You will receive a final invoice once hanging weight is confirmed
Pricing is based on actual hanging weight after harvest. Hanging weight is the weight of the animal after harvest and before aging and butchering. Packaged weight is the final amount you take home after dry aging, trimming, and deboning, and is typically about 60–65 percent of hanging weight.
Larger shares receive a lower per-pound rate to reflect reduced handling and increased commitment.
