Pasture Raised Heritage Hog Reservation

$25.00

WHY WE RAISE PORK

While we are primarily a Wagyu cattle farm, our pigs play an essential role in how we manage and regenerate our land.

We use hogs as a natural tool to restore pasture.

As they root and forage, they:

  • Break up compacted soil

  • Incorporate organic matter back into the ground

  • Help control weeds without chemicals

  • Prepare fields for reseeding and future grazing

This allows us to improve soil health without heavy machinery or synthetic inputs.

The result is better pasture for our cattle and a more natural system overall.

HERITAGE PORK SHARES

Our pigs are raised slowly on pasture, with room to move, root, and express natural behavior. The result is pork with real flavor, deeper color, and significantly higher intramuscular fat than conventional pork. They are fed local grains and the acorns that grow on our property, no hormones or chemicals are used.

All pricing is based on final packaged weight. Approx. weight and pricing range:

1/8 Hog: 12–18 lb × $13/lb → $156–$234

1/4 Hog: 25–35 lb × $12.50/lb → $312–$438

1/2 Hog: 50–70 lb × $12/lb → $600–$840
